ACEEU and the EU-TeachPaaS consortium proudly announce the completion of the project by organizing a one-day innovation challenge as a strategy to disseminate and promote the outputs produced in the project. ACEEU designed the multiplier event as a one-day innovation challenge. The event was held online on 30 August 2022. All participants were exposed to recent developments and challenges in the digitalisation of education. Based on an introductory input, ACEEU outlined a series of challenges individual participants or a team could pick from to develop an innovative solution and pitch it at the end of the day.
More than 20 people from European universities as well as international universities registered for the event. Unfortunately, ACEEU was not able to do it as planned due to the lack of participants on that day, so the event could not be defined as a competition at all. Although most registered people had a great passion to the challenge, they were not able to attend on time due to the summer break and most of people were in their holidays, some of them attended the event quite late because of the difference of the time zone. However, it is noticeable that the whole event was supported by digital idea development tools from the four IOs EU-teach PaaS developed. Although the project is going to end after August 2022, the method and tools developed by the project will keep contributing to the people who lack digital ability in both teaching and learning. Let's stay tuned and wait to see EU-TeachPaaS creating more value for more people!
