The severe weather warnings couldn’t stop this multiplier event!
On the 20th of May, ACEEU presented the Next Door project alongside two local non-profit organizations, LichtBlick Seniorenhilfe e.V. and Eleganz Bildungsplattform e.V. , here in Muenster, Germany. Professionals, seniors, and neighbors networked and learned about the various projects/organizations.
ACEEU gave participants an overview of Next Door and our expected project results, as well as upcoming training and information events. ACEEU also introduced the Methodology (IO1) and the Digital Platform (IO2). Participants were very engaged and asked several questions about the project results, giving positive feedback overall.
On a local level, the Digital Platform is especially interesting and useful because digitalization and advertising is often a cost-problem for non-profit organizations. Next Door’s Digital Platform is an easy and practical means for connecting those who want help with those who can offer help!
