The Mentor Your Future consortium has had the opportunity to meet and discuss the progress of the project before the year 2022 comes to an end. The fifth Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) was hosted by ACEEU at its office in Münster, Germany and attended by 11 core team members of the project from NHL Stenden, UNIC, AFEV, BBBS, and CMS.
Partners were engaged in focused planning and discussions on the four outputs of the projects. The meeting was also complemented by an insightful ACEEU EU Project Design Compass workshop facilitated by a colleague from ACEEU, Hugo Buitrago. The focus of the workshop was to brainstorm ideas for a spin-off of the project, as one of the strategies to ensure the sustainability of the project results. Partners were teamed up in 3 small groups to shape the ideas into a more tangible concept. It was such a creative and insightful session!
Local touches were also added to the TPM as the meeting coincided with the yearly Christmas Market in Germany. Partners had the chance to visit some of the markets in Münster, tried local foods and also enjoyed the calming and enchanting city view which was filled with many festive decorations. Without doubts, the occasion and environment allowed the teams to further build their connection as a team.
Overall, the TPM in Münster was a great success and the MYFuture team is looking forward to the final meeting in Barcelona next year!
