We are ready to digitally transform higher education in Europe!

On February 2nd, the partners of the “Managing Digital Transformation (MDT” project came together for the first (online) transnational project meeting. Dr. Efthymios Constantinides and Dr. Sjoerd de Vries organised and led the meeting on behalf of the University of Twente. Following a presentation of the hosts on the project development process, partners discussed the next steps of the project and ways in which they can be approached.

As this was the first-ever meeting of the partners, the administrative side of the project has also been brought up for discussion.

The seven partners of the project include:

• University of Twente
• NOVA University Lisbon
• Athens University of Economics and Business – Research Center
• ACEEU GmbH
• Münster University of Applied Sciences
• Saxion University of Applied Sciences
• EIT Urban Mobility

As an international quality assurance body, ACEEU will be tasked with leading the quality assurance and evaluation process of the project and furthermore, it will also lead the creation of the world’s first Digital Transformation Certification Framework. Lastly, ACEEU will host the second Multiplier Event dedicated to professionals.

The consortium will meet again in two weeks for an informal online meeting so stay tuned for more exciting news to come!
