The RestART Europe Project team is happy to announce the launch of the “RestART Mentor’s Toolkit.” This toolkit is the outcome of project result 3 (PR3) and aims to provide mentors with the resources they need to support women entrepreneurs and make a positive impact.
The RestART Mentor's Toolkit was designed with practicality in mind, aiming to bridge the gap in the market's absence of tailored tools for mentors. This toolkit offers a set of practical tools that mentors can use in training programs and activities specifically designed for women entrepreneurs. The tools, activities, and methodologies are combined to provide mentors with both theoretical knowledge and practical experiences.
To offer a clearer structure, the toolkit is structured as a “visual map” with different sections, including Preparation, Negotiation, Entrepreneurship Skills, 21st Century Skills, Socio-cultural Skills, Growth, and Closure. Each section provides alternative instruments and best practices to support and develop mentoring programs/activities for restarting women entrepreneurs.
The toolkit has over 100 tools that can be accessed freely on the project website and the Ment-Net platform. Mentors can use the toolkit to identify the best practices and instruments they want to implement in the mentoring process. The toolkit is currently available in English, German, and Italian and can be downloaded from here .
