“What is your experience with Artificial Intelligence?” This is how ACEEU has opened the conversations with two different focus groups in the framework of the project HEDY: Life in the AI Era.
The focus groups were composed of AI experts (professional in the field of Artificial Intelligence) and non-AI experts (university students).
From the conversations have emerged relevant considerations about AI and its role in the business environment: almost all the participants agreed that AI technology is already a big part of everyone’s daily-life and work and that its use will increase in the future.
Both focus groups agreed also that AI does have a great potential in facilitating tasks and bringing innovative solutions, nonetheless multiple perspectives emerged in reference to AI relations with ethics as well as with human capability and decision-making.
