EU Project Design Compass led to great project ideas in Florence

During 2022 ACEEU Stakeholders Forum in Florence, Italy, ACEEU had a chance to roll out its EU Project Design Compass.

ACEEU EU Project Design Compass is an intense, hands-on 3-hour workshop aimed at engaging ACEEU Stakeholders in ideating activities, discussions and concrete decisions to advance existing and create new partnerships through project proposal development efforts. Using innovative tools (i.e. ACEEU’s EU Project Design Canvas) and best practices from ACEEU's current projects such as WeRin, Rural Canvas, and SDG i Level , the facilitators Adisa Ejubovic and Hugo Buitrago guided workshop participants through the different stages of proposal development, with the ultimate workshop goal being to built initial project ideas and partnerships that will be followed up on and developed into a project proposal after the event.

The workshop in Florence was a fruitful space for discussing concrete problems in higher education in different countries and creating robust solutions and concepts using the ACEEU EU Project Design Canvas, and finally pitching their ideas to the audience. The participants were engaged in lively discussions where they discovered many synergies and pathways to future collaborations.
