Given that no comprehensive and accepted approach exist yet to evaluate universities with respect to entrepreneurship and engagement, ACEEU will first pilot its accreditation before offering it to all higher education institutions worldwide. Therefore, a call for pilots was published today.
Dr. Kliewe, Chair of the Council, stated “We have done a lot of research on the importance that entrepreneurship and engagement play in universities today and we were certainly happy to hear that the topic more and more placed on the agenda of higher education institutions. However, now it is the time to see if this is only a lip service, or if institutions are really committed to further develop their practice and get recognised for their approach and achievements.
