At this week’s 30 year anniversary event of the University of Economy in Bydgoszcz, participants from Poland, India, Malaysia and Finland joined an ACEEU workshop, facilitated by ACEEU Chair Professor Thorsten Kliewe. Following a short introduction to ACEEU's quality assurance approach, the participants formed two groups to tackle two different challenges, using the ACEEU Toolkit. One group aimed at designing their ‚dream university‘, without limiting their design process by factors such as resource scarcity or social norms. The second group analysed the University of Economy in Bydgoszcz.
"The workshop has shown the power of the Toolkit. The tools can be applied to open up our minds and challenge what we think is given. But we can also use the Tools to understand the entrepreneurship profile of a particular institution and derive recommendations on how to improve", says ACEEU Chair Kliewe.
Very positive feedback on the tools was gained during the workshop with the translation of the ACEEU Canvas and Cards into further languages being one recommendation to increase the applicability, especially in university-internal workshops.
