Last week, all AI Leaders project partners gathered in vibrant Porto, Portugal for an energizing in-person meeting. Representatives from each organization came together to co-design the final key project resources: three hackathons to be hosted by university partners and a replicable Hackathon Guide. The team also put the finishing touches on the Responsible AI Case Studies and Introductory Toolkit from WP2 and progressed with the internal reviews and pilot testing of the Open Educational Resources in WP3. ACEEU is leading all of the pilot testing and review activities for the project. Further, ACEEU led the hands-on workshop to shape a sustainability strategy aimed at amplifying the project’s impact—both within partner institutions and far beyond the project’s lifetime.
