The MDT Open Digital Academy platform has been created! The project partners met this month for a tutorial on how the MOOC will work. There are many digital education platforms (such as Moodle or Blackboard), but MDT has chosen to replicate the EdX style. Not only does the platform offer many interactive tools – such as immediate feedback on quizzes, the possibility to conduct peer assessments, and social functions – but it is also possible to integrate other online learning services like YouTube and Google Hangouts into the courses.
This is an important and exciting step for the MDT project and partners are currently working on specialization content to test the platform.
