The ESG4SMEs project has officially launched its free online course and interactive mission game, now available in English, German, Italian, Greek, and Slovenian!
Hosted on the Academy platform, the course helps SMEs, specially in the agri-food sector and rural areas, integrate sustainability into their operations, while the gamified ESG Simulation Game lets learners choose a persona, complete missions, and navigate real-life sustainability decisions—becoming an ESG Manager in their own virtual journey.
Each partner developed a module and its corresponding mission, ensuring a hands-on, practical learning experience. The project combines applied ESG education with interactive learning equip professionals with essential sustainability skills for direct application in SMEs.
