The GREENEDGE project officially launched at its kick-off meeting on 18-19 March, 2026 at AGH University in Kraków, Poland!
The project brings together a diverse consortium of partners committed to advancing sustainable entrepreneurship in higher education. Through AI-driven gamified learning, micro-credential pathways, and a virtual incubator, GREENEDGE will empower the next generation of entrepreneurs to develop, test, and scale innovative circular economy solutions. By combining digital tools with practice-oriented learning approaches, the project aims to equip learners with the skills and mindset needed to address pressing environmental and societal challenges.
ACEEU plays a key role in the project by leading the development of the micro-credential framework, ensuring alignment with European standards and supporting the recognition of skills and competencies across partner institutions. In addition, ACEEU contributes to the design of a structured mentoring framework to foster effective collaboration between mentors and mentees, as well as leading dissemination and sustainability activities to maximise the project’s impact and outreach.
During the kick-off meeting, partners aligned on project objectives, timelines, and collaboration structures. Key performance indicators and the dissemination strategy were also discussed in detail, setting a clear direction and strong foundation for the successful implementation of GREENEDGE in the coming months. Looking ahead, the project will enter a rigorous research phase. ACEEU, together with project partners, will conduct research by gathering insights from higher education professionals, entrepreneurs, and students active in sustainable business fields, ensuring that the project outcomes are firmly grounded in real needs and practices.
