The Edu4SDGs project aims to accelerate higher education’s contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals by cultivating social responsibility and supporting the development of agents of change.
In line with this goal, the project has launched a series of open learning pathways on the SDGs University Knowledge Hub . The pathways are designed to offer students, educators, university staff, and lifelong learners flexible learning opportunities to deepen their knowledge, sharpen their skills, and develop the competencies needed to advance sustainable development.
The learning pathways include five courses, each addressing a different aspect of sustainability, personal growth and social responsibility:
???? Sustainable Design Mindset introduces learners to sustainability-oriented thinking and explores how design thinking can lead to more responsible, forward-looking solutions.
???? Emotional Intelligence focuses on self-awareness, empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills that can strengthen the relational skills that underpin collaboration, leadership, and social responsibility.
⚖️ Business Ethics and Social Responsibility is centred on ethical decision-making, and the role organisations can play in contributing positively to society and sustainable development.
???? From MDGs to SDGs: A Journey Toward Global Sustainability traces the evolution from the Millennium Development Goals to the Sustainable Development Goals and highlights the importance of collective global action in addressing shaared challenges.
????️ Climate Change and Navigating Eco-Anxiety helps learners understand climate change, reflect on the emotional responses it can generate, and develop practical strategies for resilience, climate communication, and constructive action.
ACEEU developed Climate Change and Navigating Eco-Anxiety course and supported the quality review of the Emotional Intelligence course. Through these contributions, ACEEU continues to support learning opportunities that connect sustainability education with emotional intelligence, social responsibility, and impact.
The courses are fully open to the public and are now accessible through the SDGs University Knowledge Hub
