On 16 October 2025, the SHIFT project partners met in Lódź, Poland, for the fourth Transnational Project Meeting (TPM 4). The event was hosted by the University of Lódź and brought together representatives from across the consortium, including ACEEU, to align on progress and prepare for the next phase of the project.
In the meeting, the consortium reaffirmed their progress in developing the Mini Learning Open Educational Resources (OERs) and the University ESG Awareness Game, both designed to introduce students and academics to environmental, social, and governance impact concepts in higher education.
From 1 November 2025, universities across the partnership will engage students, academics, and institutional stakeholders to test the learning resources. Feedback from these pilots will support further improvement before wider dissemination.
ACEEU played a crucial role in discussions on the ESG Impact Index Certification Framework in Higher Education, which will recognise universities that effectively integrate ESG practices and demonstrate measurable impact. As the leader of this activity, ACEEU is developing the steps and procedures for the certification programme in higher education, including the tools that will support higher education institutions through the process. During the meeting, ACEEU shared progress on the certification design, which will be implemented in collaboration with all the university partners.
The meeting ended with partners aligned on the next milestones and a unified commitment to continued collaboration as SHIFT enters its final implementation phase.
