YHELD Newsletter 3 is Now Available

The YHELD Project has released its third newsletter, offering insights into the consortium's ongoing efforts to strengthen the internationalization and digital learning capacity of Yemeni universities.

This edition features reflections from Dr. Fahmi Banafa, President of Al-Adel University, who shares how the project has helped shape institutional strategies for global engagement and resilience.

ACEEU contributed significantly to this phase by leading the development and deployment of Moodle-based e-learning platforms across eight partner universities. Each platform was tailored to reflect the identity of its institution and supported by administrator training and a comprehensive digital manual to ensure long-term usability.

The newsletter also outlines the project's next steps, including expanding international partnerships, enhancing student mobility, and developing policy frameworks to support sustainable change.

This publication marks another important milestone in YHELD's mission to build inclusive, globally connected academic ecosystems in Yemen.
